Ken was born in the Chicago suburb of Oak Park, Illinois in 1963. Ken became a follower of Jesus Christ in the early 90's. While reading the bible the first time through he discovered the 7th day Sabbath and began to observe it in his home. Ken attended briefly with a Church of God International congregation near Chicago. Ken, along with his brother Brian, began Truth On The Web Ministries (totw.org) which was a web ministry outreach. Somewhere around 1995, Ken, Brian and a third elder formed a house church in Elk Grove, Il in Brian's house. This home based congregation would later move to its current location in Woodstock, Il (Church of God at Woodstock, Il). Ken, along with his brother Brian, has co-pastored and served that congregation for 28 years.
In 1995, Ken authored and distributed a church newsletter titled NewsClipz, which would later be renamed "E-Clipz". For 15 years Ken produced this weekly publication which contained snippets of religious, historic and other news of interest along with Ken's commentary and inspirational pieces as a service to the Church of God at large. Besides observing the other holydays locally, Truth On The Web Ministries, pastored by Ken & Brian, hosted various Feast of Tabernacles sites for over 20 years from Oklahoma and Kentucky on up to Wisconsin.
